- Install quality sensors
- Implement a calibration program
- Trend sensor data into BAS
- Confirm flows are optimized
- Lower ECWT to ARI recommendations or better
- Raise chilled water set point to highest allowable temperatures
- Sequence most efficient chillers as lead units
- Review refrigerant approaches with respect to load regularly for heat transfer issues
- Perform oil and refrigerant analysis annually at a minimum
