WOODCLIFF LAKE, NJ – November 8, 2022 – The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a final rule on an allowance allocation and trading program. An allowance is the unit of measure the EPA is using to control the production and consumption of the phasedown of HFCs. The chart below shows the allowances that will be valid between January 1 and December 31 for 2023. Hudson Technologies is excited to receive an allowance and will continue to provide products and services that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, increase energy efficiency, and promote sustainability.
